Nathan Martinez directs marketing and media promotion for John Moran, managing and designing our websites and all print and online advertising. His many talents include photography and he assists our in-house photography department as needed.

Nathan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in business with an option in management from California State University, Los Angeles, and also completed two years at Glendale Community College. His desire to blend his business training with his passion for fishing led Nathan to employment as a sales manager at a fishing tackle store. It was there that he first befriended fellow fisherman John Moran, who subsequently recruited him to join Moran’s in 2005.

In addition to fly fishing in the High Sierras and saltwater fishing out of Newport harbor, Nathan enjoys restoring vintage cars and belongs to the Vintage Volkswagen Club of America. He is happily married to his college sweetheart.
