Inscribed by Holmes verso: 'In 1927 this composite was made- each added something and signed.' Painting signed lower right by the following artists: Robert Clunie, Geo. Demont Otis, W. Horowitz, Nell Walker Warner, R. B. Sayre, Geo. Wallace Olsen, F. Grayson Sayre, John Cotton. With an unfinished sketch of a building verso. Provenance: North Wind Studios, Ventura, CA (see label verso). Condition: Visual: Generally good condition. One minor spot of paint loss in lower center. Blacklight: A few minor spots of touch-up in upper center along awning. AS-IS. ALL SALES FINAL.
